CondoTrader.com is a firm that advertises timeshares/campgrounds for sale/rent by the owner and is not a broker.
CondoTrader.com guarantees to advertise my timeshare/campground every 90 days, until sold/rented, unless client
notifies CondoTrader.com to the contrary, at no additional cost.
All inquiries about my timeshare/campground will be forwarded to me, which allows me to negotiate the sale/rental.
Seller does not pay any commissions to CondoTrader.com.
If my timeshare/campground is sold by any other company within 10% of the original asking price, upon proof of sale, CondoTrader.com will refund my advertisement cost in full. Guaranteed.
There is a 3 day review period during which the purchaser may give written notice of cancellation, otherwise sales are final and non-refundable. Ads post within 24 hours of authorized billing; services are rendered at that time. Any necessary changes to information on the ad are to be sent in writing along with the signed contract. Offers for purchase or rental might not be forwarded to owners if no signed contract exists.
